En esta maravillosa canción Springsteen asegura que se siente poca cosa si le falta su amada. Quiere espantar las nubes y está esperando a un día soleado. El tema pertenece al disco “The Rising”, que gira en torno a los atentados de Nueva York, pero contrasta con la mayoría de las canciones porque fue compuesta un par de años antes del 11 de septiembre.
